SmithWorksApps ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you type in. We use these only to reply to you.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a form submission comes from a person and not a bot. Turnstile may process technical details about your browser and connection to do this, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies today. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookie or use browser storage to do its check. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and to talk with you about working together. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. When you send the contact form, the message is delivered to our team by email through Microsoft. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for up to 12 months, unless we are working together, in which case we keep them as long as the work needs.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email leads@smithworksapps.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
